Tim is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of developing new markets, driving business growth, and leading companies through successful exits. With deep expertise in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and executive team development, he is known for cultivating strong C-level relationships and delivering impactful leadership across industries.
As the longtime CEO of Ethisphere, Tim led the company from inception through exit, delivering a 400% return. Prior to that, he served as President of NYSE Governance Services following the successful acquisition of Corpedia by the New York Stock Exchange, where he oversaw the Compliance and Board Services divisions, including Corpedia and Corporate Board Member.
Earlier in his career, Tim held senior leadership roles at Thomson Legal & Regulatory (now Thomson Reuters), where he helped build the corporate sector and led key initiatives serving the AMLAW 100 legal market.
