Hyatt Bangert
Co-Founder, Partner & Advisory Board Member
Hyatt Bangert, a North St. Louis County native, has a decades-long career in construction, entrepreneurship, and the cannabis industry. After graduating from Washington University in 1977, he spent nearly 40 years at Millstone Bangert/Bangert Bros Construction, leading major infrastructure projects, including the redevelopment of Lambert International Airport and the I-64 MODOT rebuild.
In 2015, Hyatt transitioned into the industrial hemp industry, co-founding BeLeaf Life’s Oils in 2016 to provide CBD solutions for patients with epilepsy. He later helped secure 10 medical cannabis licenses for BeLeaf and played a key role in launching cultivation, manufacturing, and dispensary operations.
Currently, Hyatt serves as a Board Member and advisor at BeLeaf Medical while also co-founding Midwest Natural Fiber, continuing his work in industrial hemp and sustainable business development.
